How does the funding come to the research institutes??
Its commercial applications of the research which prevails value of research otherwise it goes in basics of science book....
All these fellowships and scholarships are given by government for basic scientific research. ( money which collected from taxes and commercial duties on businesses and salaried personnel )
On other hand these educational institutes and scholarships doesn't have any tax implication.(note fellowships are given for personal use no money in that is spent on scientific or project use)
all the requirements of the science fraternity boils down to industrial and business oriented fraternity....
conversely business oriented people seek for new technology to upgrade and flourish commercial aspects...
so business fraternity cant be blamed for selfishness. its mutual .
i am deliberately mentioning my degrees in the bottom signature hope it conveys the message.
